Most of the time when Having Trackball issues they can be solved by cleaning it. It is a very simple and easy process. The following is what you are going to need.
- Rubbing Alcohol
- Non abrasive cloth (no towels or paper towels, old t shirt will work if nothing is available)
- Caned Air (will help but not necessary)
The Following is how to clean the Trackball.
- Power phone off and remove battery
- Put Rubbing alcohol on the cloth(just to moisten the cloth)
- Take the cloth and rub over Trackball. (this should remove all content under the trackball)
- use the caned air to blow the phone dry and remove any dust brought to the surface of the phone
If you keep on having issues the Trackball can be replaced.
