Please make sure to backup needed data before performing a hard reset as all data will be deleted.
- Locate the red reset button on the far left side of the slide out keyboard.
- Press and hold the center of the navigation button, then with your stylus press and hold the reset button for a few seconds simultaneously.
- Once the "clearing data" message appears you can release the buttons.
- Then tap the screen to setup the device
