Please make sure to backup needed data before performing a hard reset as all data will be deleted.
- Locate the reset button at the bottom of the phone to the left of the charging port.
- Slide down and hold the Power button located on the lower left side of the phone.
- Continue to hold down the Power button and press the reset button with your stylus simultaneously, hold both for 5 second then release and that begins the reset.
- Once the reset is complete you will get a message to tap the screen to setup the phone.
