How To: Hard Reset LG enV Touch VX11000

Please make sure to backup needed data before performing a hard reset as all data will be deleted

Hard Reset

1. From the main screen, touch Menu
2. Touch Settings & Tools
3. Touch Phone Settings
4. Touch Security
5. Enter the phone lock code (default is the last 4 digits of the phone number)
6. Touch Restore Phone
7. Touch OK
8. Enter the phone lock code (default is the last 4 digits of the phone number)
