How To: Hard Reset Sidekick ID PV150

Please make sure to backup needed data before performing a hard reset as all data will be deleted

Hard Reset

1. Turn Phone off
2. Take the battery and Re-insert it after 30 Seconds
3. Hold the letter R and Power on the bottom of the phone
4. Phone will start and loading picture will appear on screen
5. phone will restart again 
6. now let go of R and Power button

1. Underneath the screen by the large X button in the (upper right corner) There is a triangle with a circle underneath it. Take a paper clip and push the button in the circle and  it will restart the phone to factory settings.
