How To: Hard Reset iPhone

Please make sure to backup needed data before performing a hard reset as all data will be deleted

Hard Reset (through Computer perfected method)
1.    Plug the phone into the computer via USB and open iTunes
2.    Click on Restore
3.    Click on Yes


Hard Reset (through phone)
1.    Tap Setting
2.    Tap General
3.    Tap Reset
4.    Tap Reset All Content and Settings

Hard Reset

1. Turn off the Power
2. Press and hold Enter (center Button), and press the Power Key
3. Release the Power key, but continue pressing the Enter key Until you see writing on the bottom of the screen

3. If data is on phone click Back up Data
4. When back up is complete click Restore Phone

3. Click On Security Wipe
4. Enter "blackberry" to confirm Wipe

1. Open Menu and click Options
2. Click Security Options 
3. Click Gerneral Setting
4. Click Menu & choose Wipe Handheld

  If you didn't back up or data previously or have and earlier back up your phone will be completely erased to factory settings

2. Press and hold the Power (on/off) button on your device.
3. While holding the Power button, take out the battery and put it back in
4. If you see a progress bar, keep holding the Power button
5. Then the Palm Powered screen will appear. Release the Power button when you see it.
6. Then when asked, Erase all data? Press UP on your navigator key to complete the hard reset.
