Please make sure to backup needed data before performing a hard reset as all data will be deleted.
- Remove the battery cover.
- Press and hold the Power (on/off) button on your device.
- While holding the Power button, take out the battery and put it back in
- If you see a progress bar, keep holding the Power button
- Then the Palm Powered screen will appear. Release the Power button when you see it.
- Then when asked, Erase all data? Press UP on your navigator key to complete the hard reset.
