Please make sure to backup needed data before performing a hard reset as all data will be deleted.
- Locate the Reset button along the right edge of the phone just below the camera button.
- Press and hold the center Navigation button and simultaneously press the Reset buttons with you stylus for 3 seconds.
- Once you receive a message Are you sure you want to format? you can release the both and press the send/call key to complete the reset
This action restarts the phone. Once the phone powers on again tap the LCD screen using your stylus to begin the calibration process.
